Data Deletion
Last updated September 9, 2026
You can have your data removed from StoreFleet. Here is how, and what happens next.
If you run a Store
- Email jake@storefleet.com from the email address on your StoreFleet account and ask us to delete your Store's data, or close your account in the app.
- We will confirm the request, then delete or anonymize your Store's data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, billing, or legal reasons.
- We will email you when it is done.
If you are a customer of a Store
- Ask the Store you dealt with to delete your information. Store staff can remove a customer from StoreFleet directly.
- Or email jake@storefleet.com. Tell us the Store's name and the phone number, email address, or Instagram handle you used with it. We will verify the request with the Store and complete it within 30 days.
Data received from Instagram or Facebook
If a Store connected an Instagram professional account to StoreFleet, we hold that account’s direct message conversations and related profile identifiers. To remove them:
- The Store can disconnect the Instagram account inside StoreFleet, or remove StoreFleet from the connected apps in its Instagram or Facebook settings. Either action stops new data from arriving.
- We then delete the data we received from Meta for that account within 30 days.
- A person who messaged a Store on Instagram can also email jake@storefleet.com with the Store's name and their Instagram handle, and we will delete their conversation data within 30 days.
What deletion covers
Customer profiles, message history, drafts, attributions, and any identifiers we received for you. We keep one record that a deletion request was made and fulfilled, with the date, so we can show it happened. Backups age out on a rolling schedule and are not restored.
